I'd like to hear people's opinions on what they think of as sensual music. Not the lyrics but the music itself. I will submit this one. The song is fine but the instrumental part beginning at the 2:08 mark is great in its feel. I love the bass line giving way to the violins which then give way to the sax. And I love me some sax. Listen to it loudly.

But keeping it in the popular area, I think that this one takes a lot to beat it.

One of the benefits of having my adult kids over the home is letting them stream their Spotify playlists while visiting, and I get to discover music I may not normally encounter. Just this past Memorial Day weekend, I discovered a new band that has a "synth/pop retro 80's vibe" called Cannons. Here is a song from their first album release a few months ago titled Tunnel of You.

Headphones on, close your eyes and listen to this. And here I thought you weren't going to wander into the classical realm... The classical guitar evokes a lot of sensuality. Here's a personal favorite written by Francesco Tarrega and performed with sublime emotional artistry by Julian Bream. The song is Capricho Arabe

In fact I'm glad you opened the door. I love music from all genres and it's fun to geek out to classical stuff written centuries ago. Music is one of those fine arts that makes us unique in our humanity and tends to survive in our souls far longer than the most powerful of kings and their empires.

You expect something like heavy metal but you get something very different.
