On SCI The history of the NASA program that led to the moon landing.
Great stories. Crisp pics and video. Even more interesting since watching the movie Hidden Figures about the group of brilliant ladies doing the calculations by hand behind the scenes.

Have it all and other Docu shows and others on my drives. You really should read The Right Stuff, Rocket Men and Carrying the Fire by Michael Collins to name a few. You get more of a Background and Inside look at what went down that they never talked about on TV and the other media at the time. The acclaimed From the Earth to the Moon wasn't a bad Mini-Series on the program though it too glossed over some of the inside stories.
