Teams are probably going to follow the Rams blueprint of trading away picks to win now and in the immediate future. It worked for the Rams but it’s not sustainable and pretty much everything has to go right for it to work.

With all the cap,etc. rules that is near impossible. So, they are opting for today.....because tomorrow may never come for a while. Again because of the financial rules.
