The defense was largely ugly, but Lamar stepped up and a few guys on defense did, too.
Patriots might have lost their QB. He was screaming in pain as they helped him to the locker room (there are tweets of it). Nice pick (Humphrey) and recover (Peters) and very nice work by Jackson, although his accuracy still needs work.

And I have him on my fantasy team, so I'm very pleased with his body of work to this point

And once again..... the Ravens are in search of a left tackle. Boston had the curse of the Bambino. It seems Maryland pro-teams have the curse of long term very expensive contracts. A player in both football and baseball, has a great season or had one(s) so they get inflated contracts and they immediately become useless. - Ronnie Stanley and Flacco, Elvis Grbac are the Ravens albatrosses. (Frankly, I am beginning to think that Ron is the football versions or Chris Davis. Big contract that no one is willing to admit it was a mistake) - The O's ohhh gee, Chris Davis, Alex Cobb, Albert Belle, Sidney Ponson, Ubaldo Jimenez and let us not forget Glenn Davis the poster boy.... has one good season with the O's, develops a mysterious nerve disorder, works his way back and gets hit with a line drive right in the face.... in the dugout no less. I lived in NJ and supported all the NY teams regardless of sport. And I don't recall so many breakdowns and ridiculous contracts.

Offense is continuing to click, but the pass defense outside of the turnovers is still pretty bad. Going to need to score at least 30-40 a game to compete with decent teams. Allen and the Bills are up next which could get ugly.

He leads the league in QB rating, and has the most fantasy points through 3 games in the history of the NFL.

Lamar's projected stat line: STATS CMP ATT CMP% YDS AVG TD INT LNG RTG 317 499 63.6 4,244 8.5 57 11 75 119.0 I'd say he's doing pretty well
