Statement released minutes ago by the Ravens wishing him good luck in his future endeavors.
Not technically fired, but not getting a new contract.

According to Hensley he resigned. I suspect that he did this (was allowed to do this) when Harbaugh told him he would not be offered a new contract. They need a coordinator who can develop aspects of Jackson's game that are lagging those based on his mobility. Like passing. He has been kinda flat in some ways. Assuming they thing they can sign him. If he thinks he's getting a Watson deal and can't be moved... then they need to move on. www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/35481734/ravens-oc-greg-roman-resigns-amid-offense-declining-results

Should have happened weeks if not months ago. They weren't going to do it so late in the season, so I really didn't expect it to happen until now. After JH's remarks a couple of weeks ago, I knew he was gone so I wasn't getting nearly as worked up about it as some of my friends who were about to have strokes over it. Further indication that Lamar will likely sign a new deal is that apparently, he is being included in the search for a new coordinator.
