They are no doubt a very good team but man they are the most unlikable group assembled in some time. From Apple actually taking a shot at Hamlin to Burrows saying in his interview "We have the two best guys and the two best teams" going next week. It is ok to say the two best teams but to say you and Mahomes are the two best guys is quite unpleasant.

Yup. F the Bengals. As much as I am tired of KC winning I'd prefer them to go back to the SB than the Bengals.

But they are a difficult team to like. Burrows also said that their Super Bowl window was his career arc. Like he is all that matters. I'd like to see that punk taken down a notch or two.

I've never been one of those guys who roots for a division rival to win if the Ravens don't make it. They are rivals. I hate them...passionately. I wish nothing on them but pain and misery. Bengals fans are becoming incredibly unlikable as well. "Who dey!" constantly at opposing fans stadiums. Probably as unlikeable as Ravens fans doing the 7 Nation Army hum, or Steelers fans waving their piss rags. Browns fans I guess are good for throwing objects. There is no love lost in the AFC North, IMO.
The Bengals are definitely like this new kid that is pounding his chest because he's there, without having won anything. Definitely rooting for KC to smoke them.

And if the Ravens were remotely competent the Bengals might not even be here.

And if the Ravens were remotely competent the Bengals might not even be here. Not sure that is fair. We were exceptionally competent on defense. The fact is we are built similarly to the Bills. Too much of our success is tied up in the QB. When he isn't there we are average at best. Take away that one boneheaded play and we would have been in the snow. So to say we aren't "remotely competent" seems a bit harsh

Defense was very good just like the old days when the offense always the problem. Buffalo couldn't generate any pass rush like the Ravens did against Burrow.

Buffalo couldn't generate any pass rush like the Ravens did against Burrow. Yup, and Buffalo's offensive line had no answers for the Bengals who were in the backfield on most every play. Largely this was due to the lack of a running game to attack the pressure.

Buffalo absolutely needs to run more often and take some pressure off of Allen.

Bengals are soft, especially on offense. They whined because we played hard in week 18 when they expected a preseason game. So if it comes down to the Niners/Bengals, the Niners will play the style of football that can throw them off their game.
As much as I hated the Steelers and their fans when they were good, they could take a punch and give it right back. The Bengals, despite their eerie ability to maim players, aren't built that way.
