Robert Woods just got cut and I would love to have a young WR corp but we usually cheap out with a veteran on the downside. Sometimes it works (Mason, Boldin) other times not so much (Watkins, TJ Housch). Is Woods worth a look as a number three?

Ugh.
At some point we have to stop relying on these washed-up vets (Watkins, Maclin, Snead, etc) and either sign, trade for or draft and develop some real WRs.

Agreed, but we need to compete until we get the right guy. What if he had a couple of Mason like years left? I'd like that at WR3. NOT saying it could happen. That question is above my pay grade.

The Ravens history with used up has beens is fair at best, and horrible with QBs .
Unless they're showing prime stats I'd stay away.
I keep having nightmares over Raven's QBs Elvis Gbac, Jim Harbaugh, Tony Banks just to name a few.

First, Woods isn’t Mason. I’m fine with a Woods signing if he’s the #3 guy. The guy isn’t a red zone target, though, and has never been. I’d like a guy who catches TDs.

Obviously going from the Rams and Stafford to the Titans is a downgrade in the passing game, but he had decent years with bad Buffalo too. 2021 injury might have been too much for him.

They signed....wait for it...Nelson Agholor.
Agholor has had a steady career, never gone over 1,000 yards and that won't be happening here either. He's caught 8 touchdowns twice so hopefully he can be a redzone target outside of Andrews.

But he certainly doesn't eliminate the need for the bourbon.

Who? 😁 It is going to be very difficult to get anyone resembling a upper tier receiver here, until the Lamar or whomever at QB is straightened out. I think we all have admit that.
