Tried this recipe the other day. Very nice.
1/3 c. extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lime (or lemon) juice (I used lemon) 2 tbsp. packed light brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
tenderize the steak and make sure you remove the sheath on one side of the cut.
mix the ingredients well and let the steak enjoy the marinade pool for a couple of hours
grill, hot and fast.

I've been on a flank steak kick lately. Found a recipe on IG that I've been using. Not sure about amounts, been winging it mostly.
Tequila EVOO Lime Salt Pepper
Grill hot and fast, preferably on charcoal. Perfect for tacos or Mexican bowls.

I do my flank in EVOO and Dan-O's Chipotle Pepper. Excellent for tacos.
If yall haven't tried any of the Dan-O's Seasoning they are really good, very low sodium and a lot of flavor.

My marinade is similiar--half cups of oj, soy sauce, qtr cup of rice vinegar and 4 cloves smashed garlic. I do on stovetop in a cast iron skillet, meat themometer critical, 130F. Just made steak salad with this for dinner last night!
