Can they defeat the Browns? After last week I am not prepared to say that any game is a sure win for this team, but it seems like they ought to be able to. Watson hasn't been sharp and the Browns are more... relevant, I suppose... than the Colts. But with people like Shannon Sharpe opining that there is little new in Monken's offense (ouch!) one wonders.

Offense was bad in the two home games, but at Cincy it was decent. Hopefully continues well on the road. Offensive line needs to step up first and foremost.

Well, looks like they're getting a bunch of guys back, so one could be hopeful.

You never know with this team. But I expect it'll be a close game.

Outstanding bounce back, statement victory! All facets of the team worked pretty well; there were a couple of mistakes but nothing that cost them the game like last week. Pending Moses' concussion test, they came through it largely intact.

Bengals and Stillers got obliterated by bad teams. It's a good week when your team wins and all the division winners lose! Garrett in a walking boot following what looked like a brutal ankle injury. Watson has fluid in his shoulder which is not good at all. They are fortunate they have a bye next week, I guess.

Nice to remind the Browns where they really stand in the division.

Let’s be honest I doubt the game plays out that way if Watson doesn’t sit. Their 5th round rookie QB played like a 5th round rookie. Looked good early on but then started to make rookie mistakes. But the defense played well and the offense looked much better once they committed to the run.
Steelers are an odd team. I still think they stay alive in playoff hunt throughout the year. Tomlin is too good a coach. But the Bengals look like they have real problems. And shoulder injuries are a big issue for QBs so I don’t know that Watson just gets better and becomes his old self anytime soon.

Their defense is ok thanks to two players, but the offense is a disaster. Now Pickett is possibly done for the year (though honestly, that could benefit them as he is absolute trash).

Trubisky is an upgrade.

Tomlin's a good coach, but similar to current long timers like Belicheck and Harbaugh, the message has gone stale. Same problems every year.

He has lacked playmakers for a while now...even before Big Jen retired. That said, he's never had a losing season. That may be put to the test this year but we'll see. It looks like this is the end for Belichick. We've all seen what he can (or can't do) without Brady.

Stefanski reported that Watson was medically qualified but personally felt unready. Hmmm...

All coaches have expiration dates, but I don't think either Tomlin or Harbaugh have quite reached theirs. Belichick probably ought to have retired when it became clear that his career rested on a Tom Brady shaped plinth.

Stefanski reported that Watson was medically qualified but personally felt unready. Hmmm... That's pretty funny. Browns gave the guy a fully guaranteed contract and he already missed more that 50% of the first season due to suspension. Browns gonna Brown.
