Someone in the press is floating the idea that since the Titans look to be hanging it up and rebuilding, we should trade for Derrick Henry.
While I'd love to see that monster running behind our offensive line, I wonder what it would cost us? Any thoughts?

A friend sent me a Facebook mention of the Ravens looking to trade for him. I'd be for it but this kind of splashy mid-season trade isn't the Ravens MO.
It looks like he's a FA after the season so it shouldn't take much to get him. Maybe a second or third rounder.

He doesn't seem as injury prone as Barkley (another talked about trade). For the right price I think he'd be worth it. Not sure what his contract looks like when factored into the Ravens cap.

For the right price only. He's on the downside and its not a position of need really.

For the right price only. He's on the downside and its not a position of need really. Agreed. He'd be a rental. So I'd like to give up nothing more than a 3rd and maybe a conditional later round pick. YPC is still decent...4.3. Better than Gus Edwards. And that is in a bad offense. Behind a better OL he could really present a whole different kind of challenge to defenses.

For the right price only. He's on the downside and its not a position of need really. True, but he might look really good in our offense for a two year window. I'm not sure I agree it isn't a position of need. We have a stable of decent running backs and decent running backs are a dime a dozen. A really great running back can make a big difference. We haven't had one of those since Jamal. Rice was close. I don't think it is a coincidence that our two superbowls were in years with our two best running backs.

Fair point there.
