Not expecting a victory for the Ravens at San Fran, hoping for a good showing and injury free though. We'll find out if the NFC is for real, as Dallas is in Miami. The Niners have lost to the Browns and Bengals (at home and decisively), so there is a lot to prove for them, I think.
Bengals should clock the Steelers who now look very depleted on defense. I believe that officially eliminates them from the playoffs.
Browns should handle the Texans who are again without CJ Stroud.
Which Bills team shows up?

If the resurgent Bills can't beat the Chargers, they should just take a knee on the season.

In the second round of FF playoffs with McCafferty, Aiyuk, and the 49's defense on my team. I want a high scoring game. Maybe 2 TD's for McCafferty, one receiving TD for Aiyuk, and perhaps a pick six for the D with the Ravens winning 35 - 28. Plus that would win my "signed dollar bill" bet with my neighbor that the Ravens score more than 13.

In my second round of playoffs, I have to hope Dallas can play some kind of defense because my opponent has a good chunk of the Dolphins' offense.

Tomlin's in the same situation as BB in NE and what Sean Payton was in NO. It's tough to be a very long tenured coach when your franchise QB retires/leaves.
Ravens hit the jackpot with Lamar in the late first round, so Harbaugh is safe for now.

Fans tend to be fickle. That's true anywhere. Wise owners listen to them but do not necessarily act on those desires.

Steelers trounced the Bengals. Bills barely eeked out a win in LA.

Well, that was about as impressive a win as it gets. Wow.

Solid beatdown in prime time. Now just finish the job next week and take the top seed.

Lamar made it clear who the MVP is last night. Not even close now, according to Vegas odds with two games to go.
The guy is a wizard. Like literally, a wizard. The game is moving slower for him than anything I have ever seen. He baits the defenses. It's crazy fun to watch.
This team is better than the 2019 team, mostly because of Lamar playing on this insane level, but also he's got more weapons, and the defense can pressure the QB pretty constantly. Nobody has stopped the offense this year, really. The only game they didn't score 20 points was a game where they dropped 8 passes, including a trio of ones that would have gone for TD's. The defense has what, 55 sacks and counting? How many INT's now? They still allow the big plays to TE's over the middle, but they completely take the WR's out of the game usually. The team *should* be undefeated, or at least 14-1 right now. (Maybe the Browns loss was earned by the Browns, right?).
Lamar is about to be a two-time MVP, which is Aaron Rodgers, Payton Manning territory. I'm so glad he's our guy.

Only issue I have with Lamar right now is that he's holding the ball too long trying to evade people. This was evident on the ref-assisted safety.

Just gotta live and die with Lamar. He does make some boneheaded mistakes but then usually more than makes up for it.

In other news, the Chiefs somehow lost to a Raiders team that didn't complete a pass after the 1st quarter.

Pretty crazy this time last year we were saying Lamar won't play another game for the Ravens, he's gone as a FA, etc. etc. And no other teams showed a hint of interest in signing him. Now he's the MVP frontrunner. Funny how it works out sometimes.

Lamar is a great example of living up to your contract. Others should take heed. Tremendous work ethic. Still calls Lisa Salters "Miss Lisa". What a great role model.

Lamar's talent has matured, I feel. He has become a more rounded signal caller and it seems that right now there is nowhere but up.
And, apropos of nothing, how about of the doddering old official gets out of the way of the elite athlete, and if he can't do that any longer, retires? I'd have been livid if that had caused an injury.

Last night was quite the satisfying win. D bent a few times but never broke - they did their job last night to an offense that has scorched everyone else. Offense with Lamar seems to be a two-tiered playset - if the first play-set called doesn't work out, a little scramble by Lamar to clear out of trouble and buy time while his receivers make the adjustment has to be incredibly frustrating to opposing defenses. SF had no answer to Lamar, who as alienrace mentioned seemed like a wizard. Next up Miami...

The definition of conflicted. Yet they scored forty and the Ravens still won handily. A perfect outcome for me.
