I tried this marinade yesterday. Went over very well!
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1/8 cup soy sauce
1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/16 cup lemon juice
3/8 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard or Spicy Brown mustard
½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 chicken breasts
Baking: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place marinated chicken in a baking pan. I usually crumble up a sheet of foil so that chicken breasts don't sit in the liquid. Cook for 22 -25 minutes, depending on thickness. I believe the recommended internal temp for chicken is 165°F. Let chicken rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.

We have and use sheet pans that have raised bumps for the very same reason.

I usually crumble up a sheet of foil so that chicken breasts don't sit in the liquid. What kind of woke anti-American bs is that?

Thanks for sharing.
We do the crumbled foil trick as well.
