Pretty good news. It didn't react as a tumor but they can't biopsy based on its location. He is the high side of normal for the proteins they are checking. So, it appears good but they are deferring until the May appt before we can feel out of the woods. Kenny is feeling very upbeat and getting stronger every day. That is great news! It’s wonderful that he’s getting stronger! 👍 I’ll keep you in my thoughts and prayers. 😊

Ok, so I lost a dear friend in October to cancer. My son was diagnosed in November. Now my sister has breast cancer. I'm getting pretty p-o'd at the whole cancer thing.
The good news is my son is going on a cruise next week with his siblings to celebrate his good test results. I hope they have a blast.

Breast Cancer is a bastard, but at least these days' it's easily beatable, Mrs.W. had that problem 14 years ago now. Best thoughs and wishes for your son, and sister too.

I'm so tired of cancer too, it's had such an awful impact on my life. Sad but I often wonder what kind of cancer I will get and when. They have made incredible improvements with breast cancer treatment, just went thru this with 2 of my best friends at the same time. Wishing your sister all my best.

Thanks for asking Pink. He seems well. Reasonably good test results. He argued with his doctor and got his port removed. His doctor wanted to leave it in for another 6-9 months and Kenny wasn't having any of that. He wants to play ball and couldn't with that port in his shoulder. His hair has come back and he has been working out at the gym and he is looking strong, fit, and healthy. He did throw his back out hiking with his friend/ex girl friend/likely still somewhat girlfriend the other day and was miserable about that but at this point, God willing, the cancer is looking like a rear view mirror episode.

Wonderful! I’m so happy for him and for your family!! It’s so great to see them looking healthy again isn’t it?! Just seeing my son’s big hairy legs the other day made me so happy 😂 - he had gotten so skinny when he was sick. I hope everything continues to go well for him 👍

I plan on savoring every moment of it.
