I need practice. The chicken was great, the brats were perfect and sad to report the the ribs were just okay!!

I am really getting the hang of this smoker...
Last week a turkey breast and salmon, yesterday I did a meatloaf, whole onions and more brats.

Not a big meat eater so I probably wouldn't buy this but question, please. Is this used inside or outside? I eat very little meat too but everyone around me does so I do the cookn. LOL... Veggies and more seafood will be done next. The smoking is outside only... I do pull it away from the house because it is pretty smoky. I also put my hair up an in a ball cap otherwise my hair smells like smoke!!
