As long as they don't overpay for Henry, I'm okay with it. (Because they're sure to ask )

Stone and Edwards to the Chargers.

Stone went to the Bengals.
Zack Moss to Bengals after releasing Mixon.
My Henry prediction is delayed, but seemingly highly likely now.

Duvernay - gone (figured as much, good luck to him) John Simpson - gone (good freaking riddance, penalty machine turnstyle) Ronald Darby - gone (dammit, this one hurts. Well, better hope Humprey stays healthy). Malik Harrison - re-signed (good move there).
I suspect Patrick Queen is gone, which most would expect to happen. Trenton Simpson is clearly poised to take over that role at a far cheaper price. Queen, other than his final year was a bit of a disappointment.

Yeah, realized my mistake too late (was not online).
With Edwards having taken Horace Greeley's advice they certainly need help at RB, and my brother opines that the draft class this year is weak at that position. So Henry looks like a good fit if they can reach a deal.
They certainly have to address corner, since Humphrey is aging and struggles to stay on the field now.
Queen stepped up his game when they declined his fifth year option, clearly hoping to get paid. Someone will. Don't think it needs to be the Ravens.

Browns are Browning. Signing Jameis Winston to back up Watson instead of Joe Flacco. Probably going to have a fan revolt.

Hopefully the old Queen returns. I suspect he will. Queen might be one of those players whose work ethic comes and goes according to short term goals. The Ravens rarely fail to exercise the fifth year option for defensive players with at least some upside, but they did that in his case. Maybe that alerted him to a need to change his habits. But let's hope not.

Sucks Queen is going to Pittsburgh but that is a lot of money for someone who only got good when Roquan Smith arrived. It'll be fun watching him whiff on tackling Henry and Lamar.
I like the Henry signing. The days of him being a bellcow back are over, but with Mitchell and Hill in the mix, he could be the bruiser compared to the speedster and the pass catching back. Plus I like his trick-play ability in the redzone. He's thrown some TD passes, and I seem to remember him doing that against us in the playoffs.
I'd like them to fill the losses on defense. I don't think there's a possibility they'll be as good as they were last year after losing McDonald and so many players but they can still be a good defense.

Morgan Moses to be traded to the Jets in a pick swap move - www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/39723574/jets-trading-ravens-rt-morgan-moses-sources-sayDefinitely a cap move that was expected. Ravens vowed to rebuild the line this offseason. Now only Stanely and Linderbaum remain from last year's starters. Wondering if they have any interest in re-signing Zeitler now, who indicated he wanted to stay and seemed willing to be flexible on the price. Moses looked old and slow this past season. Now they need to look at the turnstyle on the other side.

Stanley is getting a incentive laden deal, so maybe this inspires him to stay on the field some more.

No link, but the Ravens have reached out to the 49'ers about a trade for Deebo Samuel. It's from Jason LaConfora, so take that for what it's worth (as in, probably total BS).

Doubtful they'd give up a first rounder for him.

Yeah, good for Joe. Word is Watson was behind the Browns not re-signing Joe. Browns fans will probably still chant Flacco when Watson struggles.

My friends texted me that last night. Doubtful they'd give up a first rounder for him. I'd tend to agree, well in the past anyway. EDC seems a little more aggressive than Ozzie. Good god though, imagine if they did? That said, I think they need to focus on the OL in the draft, and probably a DB.

I also doubt whether or not we'd use him effectively in this offense. For as amazing as Lamar is, he's not the kind of QB who relies on his WR all that much.

Healthy Dobbins could be a monster in Reid's offense. Probably would have been in the Ravens' too. After two essentially lost seasons to serious injuries, I doubt he can any longer take the field for a full 16. Hell, I suspect he'll be doing well to last 8.

Ravens take CB Nate Wiggins with the 30th pick. I wasn't awake for the pick so didn't get to see the analysis. But it was a position of need.
Funniest pick has to be Atlanta. Sign Kirk Cousins to a big 4 year deal in the offseason and then spend the 8th pick on another QB. One would think the Cousins deal means they're trying to win now and they certainly need pass rush help as opposed to another QB. Plus Penix was considered a reach at #8.
Things like this make me grateful for Ozzie and now EDC.
